VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Further to its recent news release dated May 6, 2019, Mission Ready Solutions Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MRS) is pleased to announce that it has received – through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unifire, Inc. (“Unifire”) – an additional CAD$1.35 million (USD$1,001,948) in awards from the Defense Logistics Agency (“DLA”) as an incumbent prime vendor on the Tailored Logistics Support (“TLS”) contract.
The Company is pleased to report the recent awards and will endeavor to provide meaningful insights on Company developments on a regular basis. Though Mission Ready will continue to ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance and timely disclosure of material events, management also wish to clarify that, with the addition of Unifire, the Company’s annual sales are expected to be comprised of multiple awards of varying dollar values, many of which will be considered to be within Unifire’s ordinary course of business and, subject to the applicable securities laws, will not be individually announced.
