(“Mission Ready” or the “Company”) (TSXV:MRS) is pleased to announce that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unifire, Inc. (“Unifire”), it has received an individual contract award from the Defense Logistics Agency (the “Award”) valued at CAD$22,327,242.
Delivery of the products subject to the Award will begin in 2019 and conclude during the fourth quarter of 2020 (the “Fulfillment Period”). The aggregate contract value of approximately CAD$22.3 million will be payable to the Company incrementally during the Fulfillment Period, with the respective payment relative to each partial shipment becoming due upon delivery.
